VluePet® Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from VluePet®. Below is our return policy to ensure a smooth and fair process for all our customers.
Eligible Products & Return Options

Liquid or Personal Grooming Products: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a credit or an exchange for the same item. Please note that, due to hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned for a money-back refund.

Other Products (e.g., Harnesses, Accessories): For other products, such as harnesses and accessories, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. You may choose to receive a money-back refund, store credit, or exchange for the same item, provided the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 60 days of receiving your item. You can reach us by email or phone—all contact information is available on our website. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if eligible. Please note that items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Condition Requirements
All returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging, including all tags, boxes, and manuals. Any items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return or exchange.
Shipping Costs
We will provide a return shipping label. The cost of shipping will reduce the refund amount. Shipping costs for returning items are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the product arrived damaged or defective. Please use a trackable shipping method, and retain your shipping receipt for proof of return.
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify that it meets the condition requirements, we will process your return within 7-10 business days. Items postmarked within 30 days will receive a full refund to the original form of tender. Items postmarked within 31-60 days will receive a full refund as merchandise credit. Store credits or exchanges will be processed immediately upon approval.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain products—such as personal grooming items—cannot be returned for a refund. This helps us ensure the safety and quality of our products for all customers.
Exchange Shipping
Please note that exchanges can only be shipped to addresses within the 48 contiguous states. We are unable to ship exchange items to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time.
