VluePet® Shipping Policy (48 Contiguous States Only)
VluePet® is committed to delivering your products efficiently and securely. Our shipping policy applies to customers within the 48 contiguous states of the United States.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). For same-day processing, orders must be placed by 3:00 PM local time. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.
Shipping Options: We offer standard ground shipping, which usually takes 3-7 business days to arrive once processed. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost during checkout. We also offer same-day delivery in select areas for orders placed by 3:00 PM, subject to availability.
Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Standard shipping rates are kept as affordable as possible.
Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49. This promotion applies only to the 48 contiguous states. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be delivered via standard ground shipping, which typically takes 3-7 business days.
Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your delivery status. You can also log in to your VluePet® account to track your order in real-time.
Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping fees. To avoid issues, please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.
Shipping Restrictions: At this time, we only ship to the 48 contiguous states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or international addresses.
